When booking with Joe a NON-REFUNDABLE /NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit is required. Due to bookings being months in advance if needing to reschedule client must reach out to artist at least 1-2 weeks prior to appointment date. If client fails to do so the deposit will be forfeited.
